The Peloton Bike delivers live and ON-DEMAND indoor cycling classes to you at the click of a button, while allowing competition and video chat with friends. Jump in, take a class at your convenience...join a live studio ride lead by a Peloton instructor in NYC, or select one of the pre-recorded classes in the 3,000 + video library.

Boot Camp fit

A high intensity class aimed at burning mega calories, building lean muscle tissue, torching unwanted body fat, and kick starting metabolisms.   If you want to GET FIT and BE FIT, this is the class for you!!!  Featuring HIIT and Tabata training, you will jump, run, and perform explosive and athletic movements to a fast and measured tempo. A 45 minute workout that focuses on cardio, strength and exercising muscles around the core, this class provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports, it’s the glue that holds everything together.

HIIT workouts involve short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods.  This training method ensures that you can get maximal health benefits in minimal time.  Builds muscle and torches fat!

FIT body sculpt

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, our Body Sculpt gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 500 calories. Instructors will coach you through effective sculpting movements and techniques set to great music!  You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
